Our therapists work with various adhesive tapes that they apply to the skin using precise application techniques.

This is a method that has proven itself in sports at all levels, whether it’s for relieving muscular or joint pain, enhancing performance, or reducing the risk of injuries.

But taping is not limited to athletic clients. Since it stabilizes bones, muscles, and ligaments, it can be used in the treatment of various health issues such as tendonitis and sprains, and to help deal with troublesome knees.
